Instructions for Authors
These guidelines assist authors in preparing their manuscripts according to the formatting and ethical standards of the Al-Mutawassit Journal for Human and Educational Sciences (MJHES) to ensure an efficient review and publication process.
1. General Formatting and Style
The entire manuscript must be typed in Times New Roman font. For the main body text and most sections, the font size should be 10 points (10pt). The text alignment for the body of the paper must be justified.
2. Manuscript Structure Details
Title and Authorship Information

The Paper Title should be in Times New Roman, font size 16.

Author Names are listed in Times New Roman, font size 12.

Affiliations (Department, Institute, City, State, Country) must be included for each author in Times New Roman, font size 12, and center aligned.

The Corresponding Author must be indicated with an asterisk and their email address provided.
Abstract and Keywords

The Abstract is a summary of the entire paper and should be written in Times New Roman, font size 10.

It must not be more than 250 words and should be written as a single paragraph.

The abstract should include the overall purpose of the study, the basic design, the results of the analysis, and a brief summary of the interpretations and conclusions.

Keywords should be listed following the abstract.
Main Sections

Introduction: This section should be typed in Times New Roman, font size 10. Highlight the importance of the topic, make general statements, and provide an overview of current research. Your introduction should clearly identify the subject area of interest.

Material and Methods: This section should detail the method and analysis performed in your research. It should be typed in Times New Roman, font size 10 with justified alignment.

Results and Discussion: These can be combined into a common section or obtained separately. This section should be typed in Times New Roman, font size 10pt with justified alignment.

Conclusion: This section summarizes all the main points of the research work. The conclusion should be concise, informative, and should ensure it is not the same as the Abstract. It should summarize the outcome in one or two sentences and state how the study will benefit society and the way forward.
Tables and Figures

All tables and figures must be inserted into the main text of the article at their appropriate place.

Figures should be numbered sequentially (e.g., Figure 1, Figure 2).

The Table title should be font size 10pt, Times New Roman, justified. Table footnotes should be font size 8, Times New Roman, center aligned.

The Figure caption should be font size 10pt, Times New Roman, center align.
References

The journal uses the APA 7th edition for references.

References should be cited at the appropriate point in the text by number(s) in square brackets in line with the text. For example: '... was reported earlier [1, 2].'
3. Publication Ethics and Policies

Plagiarism: All manuscripts are screened using the Turnitin plagiarism detection software. The maximum acceptable level of similarity is 20%.

Copyright and Open Access: Copyright is held by the authors. The article is an open-access article distributed under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license.
