Author Guidelines

1. General Formatting and Fonts

The required font for the entire manuscript is Times New Roman. The font size for the main body text, including the Abstract, Introduction, Methods, and Results sections, must be 10 points (10pt). Authors should use the Normal style setting from the template for the main text. Text alignment for the body of the paper must be justified.


2. Manuscript Structure and Content

A. Title and Authorship

  • Paper Title: Must be in Times New Roman, font size 16.

  • Authors and Affiliations: Author names and affiliations must be in Times New Roman, font size 12, and center-aligned.

  • Corresponding Author: Must be identified with an asterisk and their email address provided.

  • Article History: The manuscript must include the dates for Received, Accepted, and Published.

  • Copyright: The article is an open-access article distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/).

B. Abstract and Keywords

  • Abstract Content: The abstract is a summary of the entire paper. It must include the overall purpose of the study, the basic design of the study, the results of the analysis, and a brief summary of the interpretations and conclusions.

  • Length and Format: The abstract must not exceed 250 words and should be written in a single paragraph.

  • Keywords: A list of keywords should follow the abstract.

C. Main Body Sections

  • Introduction: This section should clearly identify the subject area, highlight the importance of the topic, and present an overview of current research on the subject.

  • Citations: References should be cited in the text by number(s) in square brackets (e.g., [1, 2]). The reference number(s) must always be given even when authors are named (e.g., "Barnaby and Jones [3] obtained...").

  • Material and Methods: This section must detail the method and analysis performed in the research work.

  • Results and Discussion: The results and discussion may be combined into a common section or presented separately, and may be broken into subsets with short, revealing captions.

  • Conclusion: All the main points of the research work are written in this section. The conclusion should be concise, informative, and can start by summarizing the outcome of the study in 1-2 sentences. The conclusion should end with one line stating how this study will benefit society and the way forward. Ensure that the abstract and conclusion are not the same.

D. Tables and Figures

  • Tables: All tables should be inserted in the main text article at its appropriate place. The Table Title should be 10pt, Times New Roman, justified. The Table Content must be 10pt, Times New Roman, with no space after the paragraph. The Table Footnote should be 8pt, Times New Roman, center-aligned, with no space before the paragraph.

  • Figures: All figures should be inserted in the main text document at its appropriate place. Figures should be numbered as Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 3, etc. The Figure Caption should be 10pt, Times New Roman, center-aligned.

E. Ethical Compliance and References

  • Conflict of Interest: Authors must declare that they have no conflict of interest.

  • References: The journal uses the APA 7th edition style for references.
